Midnight Oil was an Australian punk band that evolved into an almost exclusively political musical act, and I love them. This anthem for a nation (or in our case a world) pulling together as the common humanity we are always makes we want to eat fire and make it the hell happen. Their unique bald giant of a lead singer, Peter Garrett, went on to a career in Australian politics after the band stopped recording.
